Yes. If a U.S. filing obligation means you need an ITIN, we handle the Form W-7 as part of that engagement. It is normally filed together with the return that creates the need rather than on its own, so the two are quoted together once we can see your document position — that is what determines which verification route is open to you.

An ITIN is the personal U.S. tax ID for someone who is not eligible for an SSN. You typically need one when a personal U.S. filing arises — most often a Form 1040-NR — or for certain treaty and withholding situations. Many foreign owners of a U.S. LLC never need one: formation, EIN, banking and Form 5472 all proceed without it.

The W-7 application is generally submitted together with the tax return that creates the need, not on its own. Identity documents have to be verified one of three ways: certified copies mailed to the IRS, in person at an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center, or through an IRS-authorized Acceptance Agent.

Not everyone needs one. Before quoting, we check whether a personal filing actually arises for you — plenty of owners are told they do not need an ITIN at all, which is a cheaper answer than applying for one.
